Coffee for Breakfast

I have finally finished a crochet baby blanket for a new friend at church. I love how it turned out. It is sweet and very girly. I wish I could post a picture but the camera is history. I will borrow my daughter's camera later. The other two baby blankets I am working on turned out to be more than I thought. I am actually almost finished with them both. They are the same pattern, just different colors. There is alot of embroidery detail on each. I find myself with so many projects going at the same time that I forget to work on them! I resolve to take these blankets with me while waiting on the girls @ basketball practice. They practice four times each week. I predict being finished with these at least by Christmas!!! lol! I also have pieced together a quilt top for another nephew. I happen to have a picture for this. Jace, I will send you this as soon as I finish Mason's crochet blanket (for Christmas!) We began our school year last week. My camera is broken so I didn't get the "1st day of school" pictures this year. Maybe in a couple of weeks. We started out busy, but that's great. Kaitlyn and Kyla are playing homeschool basketball this year. Yay! They have started practice and love it. Aubree just completed a 3-day basketball camp. She had a blast. She can't wait to be on a team. Aubree is also involved in a homechool class this year. She is studying Europe and famous artists this semester. We have a fun year planned full of field trips, science projects with Dad, and lots of just enjoying being together!

Wow! Where has the time gone? They grow up so fast. We enjoyed some mother/daughter time shopping on her birthday. She loved it, and so did I! HAPPY BIRTHDAY KY-SHY!!!
